Currently, I am a service design manager working in a FI / FinTech - KVB Global Capital. During my time in KVB, I am focusing on new product development, automation & process transformation to deliver end-to-end service enhancements. I spend the majority of time working on initiatives to push the CX improvements from staff to end-users, and from strategy to execution.

Previously, I was working on project management in a Hong Kong Unicorn Startup, contributing in the creative, marketing & human resource area. I was trained to be a self-driven individual, who always works with curiosity & strived to step out of my comfort zone. I enjoy working with teams in different regions, cultures & disciplines. I love to make innovative solutions to be a reality. I also believe in the data-oriented product development strategy that can address both the users’ & business’ needs at the same time.

Outside of normal working hours, I love to make my own craftwork & enjoy good food.

I also like to chat with people over coffee/tea & exchange thoughts & knowledge.
